About Omo

Omo Ogbomo-Williams is a Global Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging Sr. HR Manager at VML. She previously held positions at Ogilvy and Target corporation. She cares deeply about championing inclusion, equity, and belonging initiatives. Her mission is to support marginalized communities in the workplace but doing it with honesty and authenticity.  Outside of work she is an avid reader, reality television aficionado, and amateur foodie. She currently resides in Chicago, Il.
