About Juliet

Juliet Moffat is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of driving growth and building brands across diverse industries, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Finance/Insurance, and Travel/Tourism. Currently, as Management Director at VML Chicago (WPP), Juliet has led a variety of key accounts fostering strong client relationships and exceeding revenue and profitability goals. Her expertise lies in strategic and integrated marketing and in reinventing brands through uncovering their purpose. Known for her leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams, Juliet is adept at reorganizing structures to focus on growth and implementation of innovative programs. She is a past member of Chief, a private network designed for women executive leaders and has served as Chair of the Women at VML global employee resource group.

Beyond her professional achievements, Juliet is deeply committed to social impact. She is a strong advocate for building confidence in young women, both through her mentorship within the marketing industry and in raising her own three children. In 2013, she co-founded Girls Supporting Girls, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating gender barriers in education for at-risk girls in the developing world. Through school construction projects and local programs, Girls Supporting Girls empowers young women globally and inspires the next generation to be agents of change.
