Stephanie Moritz is an executive marketing leader with more than 25-years of experience driving and delivering business transformation, marketing excellence, organizational change and growth across iconic brands and businesses including Disney, Jim Beam Brands, Hershey, ConAgra Foods and The American Dental Association.
Ms. Moritz is a purpose and passion-driven leader with the ability to see the big picture and operationalize lasting organizational change and sustainable models leading to growth, sales, increased customers/members and an inspired and engaged team. Ms. Moritz is known for her high energy, bold fresh-thinking, empathy, collaboration, and team empowerment.
Currently Ms. Moritz is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the American Dental Association and is responsible for leading the Direct-to-Dentist Customer Group, ADA Integrated Marketing and Communications, Design Thinking and Customer Co-Creation, Digital and Mobile Experience, Creative Services and Public Affairs. Under her leadership, the ADA has changed the way it engages its members, prospective members, influencers, and the public. Ms. Moritz also currently sits on the Design & Innovation Advisory Board, is a founding member of Chief Chicago, and is a speaker and leader with B2B Group of the Association for National Advertisers.
