Dwyer Williams is a skilled communicator with tenures at global marketing agencies and the national dairy checkoff. Dwyer has more than 20 years of leadership experience, serving as a counselor to CEOs, a business strategist, a long-term planning specialist, and a marketing leader.
Before working for dairy farmers, Dwyer led marketing strategies and integrated teams as part of the agency of record for Kraft Foods, Hampton Hotels, Jim Beam, Procter & Gamble, and the United States Army, to name a few. Dwyer earned a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the University of Kansas and earned an executive leadership & business development certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an emphasis on the principles of strategy, entrepreneurship, and financial implementation.
Before joining the UDIM team, Dwyer was Chief Transformation Officer at DMI, the national dairy checkoff organization. Working on behalf of America’s dairy farmers, Dwyer worked on industry-wide transformation in the areas of technology, innovation, and cutting-edge R&D, and led the Dairy 2030 effort to shape the future of the industry. Dwyer is an avid traveler, an involved aunt to four nieces, and a proud dog Mom to Elanor Roosevelt and Queen Roxy.
